Your role

Acting as the first point of contact for users facing any issues with our app, you will coach them to solve their own problems, escalating tech problems to elsewhere in Rotageek to get them resolved, and generally help users get the most out of the platform.

Turning these potentially 'negative' interactions (it's people contacting us with their challenges and issues, after all) into positive ones, you will be knowledgeable, human and responsive - we achieve amazing stats in terms of user comments and ratings for our Support today and it's surprisingly often the thing users mention when they review our app!

As part of a team of User Support agents that support each other to amass knowledge and top tips, you will become one of the most knowledgeable product people in the whole organisation and by harnessing customer insight and product knowledge you will help drive Rotageek product development strategy.


A few years ago, Rotageek was a small side project; our CEO, an A&E doctor, wanted to improve scheduling in his hospital department. Today, we’re a software company leading the way in reinventing how employees are scheduled.

We’re helping some of the largest UK organisations move from paper and excel based rotas to intelligent and interactive schedules. In doing so, we’re helping employees gain more ownership over their hours - improving their work-life balance - whilst making sure that businesses improve how they run their operations. We use intelligent technology to make sure the right staff are in the right place at the right time, whilst making the process of creating, communicating and modifying a rota as easy as possible.
